Today we embark on a new journey with the launch of our website. Along with our new blog, this is the beginning of an exciting chapter for the entire Van’s Kitchen family. We are thrilled to connect and share with our customers who we are as a company and what we stand for. I am most excited to tell my family’s story and how it affects everything we do. We are not a big faceless corporation. We are real people who care about the products we make and the people who buy them.

Having traveled to the States from Vietnam back in 1966, my father was excited to come to America and the opportunities it would provide our family. Little did he know that 20 years later he and my mom would have their very own egg roll business! I learned the art as a teenager – watching my parents painstakingly hand-pack every order in their first modest, unfinished space in Irving, Texas. Growing up alongside the family business is something I treasure and both my husband Carl and I look forward to passing down to our children one day.


Our family-owned and operated company is dedicated to making every egg roll and every bite the best. It will always be our mission to nourish and care for our customers and communities with honest and authentic food, words and behavior.

Food and family are important ingredients and we take both very seriously.

So without further ado, I hope you enjoy the site as much as we enjoyed creating it. You will find recipes, product descriptions, as well as where to locate our egg rolls, in a store near you.
