Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage the company’s supply of products and services. Procurement Manager responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers. The Procurement Manager will report to the CFO and their duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can invest in growth and people. This is a very dynamic role that will have direct impact on the organization’s continued growth. This role must thrive in a fast-paced environment and seek out opportunities for continuous improvement.

Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising all department activities on a daily basis. This position supervises the production, quality, and warehousing of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.

Production Associate - 2nd Shift

The Production Associate use machines to ensure that manufactured products are safely prepared and moved to the next department. Their vigilant eye prevents damage to goods during the manufacturing process. In addition to a keen eye, packaging operators need physical stamina to avoid accidents. We are looking for exceptional team members to join our second shift team.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant performs clerical duties that help an office run smoothly and efficiently. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones and emails, greeting and directing visitors to designated meeting areas, and other general office functions.

Maintenance Mechanic

The Maintenance Mechanic will perform general maintenance and repair duties throughout the facility. To learn and understand technical and production operations. To execute preventive maintenance work orders on facility-related items and develop and understand the overall maintenance scope. Assist other areas of the facility as needed. Know and adhere to all GMP guidelines.

Quality Technician

The Quality Technician is responsible for providing support to the Quality Department/Manager. This position will participate in and influence the development and implementation of all site strategies directly or indirectly relating to food safety and quality as well as the development of new products and improvement of current products.

HR Director

The HR Director will report to the COO and will drive the development and implementation of all strategic and tactical HR programs. This is a very dynamic role that will have direct impact on the organization’s continued growth. This role must thrive in a fast-paced environment and seek out opportunities for continuous improvement. The Human Resource Director must demonstrate an expertise in employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, conflict resolution, compliance and audit standards, recruiting, employee retention and engagement, performance management and compensation, as well as policy and procedures.

HR Manager

The HR Manager will report to the COO and will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They are responsible for driving the development and implementation of all strategic and tactical HR programs. This is a very dynamic role that will have direct impact on the organization’s continued growth.
