Chinese philosopher Confucius believed in the Golden Rule: “What you do not like when done to yourself do not do to others.” The same can be said of food – what you do not like to eat yourself do not serve to others.

Our frozen egg rolls are specifically designed for and found in the frozen food section of select grocers. Flash-frozen to seal in freshness and ensure quality, each carton contains 12 egg rolls.  Simply microwave for convenience or bake in your oven or toaster oven for a quick, hearty, and healthy snack or side dish.

Did you know that there are no eggs in our egg rolls?  One story tell us that the name came from a Chinese-American cookbook published in 1917.  It included a dish for “Dan Gun” or Egg Roll.  The recipe called for meat and vegetables to be wrapped in an egg, sliced and served.  Perhaps this is the origin of what we now know and love as the egg roll.

Try Confucius egg rolls with one of our amazing dipping sauces for a great snack or pair with a main dish for a satisfying entrée your whole family will love.
